Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Midwest Golf Trips ("Midwest Golf Trips," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking a golf trip through Midwest Golf Trips, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

Midwest Golf Trips is an independent golf trip booking service. We assist customers in reserving golf tee times and, when available through the golf course or resort, lodging accommodations. If lodging is not offered by the golf course, we may provide recommendations for hotels or vacation rentals; however, all reservations made directly with those providers are the customer's responsibility.

Midwest Golf Trips does not own, operate, or manage any golf course, resort, hotel, Airbnb, or other third-party business.

 

2. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the total trip cost is required before any reservations will be confirmed.

Your booking is not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than sixty (60) days prior to your scheduled trip.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without further notice.

 

3. Service Fee

Midwest Golf Trips charges a 7–10% booking/service fee for arranging your golf trip.

This fee covers planning, booking coordination, customer support, and reservation management.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your trip after paying the deposit but before making final payment:

• Your deposit is non-refundable.

• Your deposit will remain as a booking credit with Midwest Golf Trips for up to one (1) year from the date of cancellation.

• The replacement trip must be booked within one (1) year. Travel does not have to occur within that year.

• Any unused credit after one year will expire.

After final payment has been made:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are eligible for a refund of payments made, less the deposit and any non-refundable charges imposed by golf courses, resorts, or other vendors.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled trip may receive only a partial refund, depending on the refund policies of the golf course, resort, or other vendors.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled trip are not eligible for any refund.

 

5. Changes in Group Size

If a member of your group cancels after the booking has been confirmed, the remaining members of the party are responsible for any additional costs, price increases, or balances resulting from that cancellation.

 

6. Weather & Golf Course Policies

Midwest Golf Trips is not responsible for weather conditions, golf course closures, frost delays, rain checks, maintenance, or other course-related issues.

Any refunds, rain checks, credits, or rescheduling due to weather or course conditions are solely between the customer and the golf course or resort.

 

7. Third-Party Providers

Midwest Golf Trips acts solely as a booking facilitator.

We are not responsible for the actions, services, policies, availability, pricing, quality, safety, or performance of any golf course, resort, hotel, Airbnb, restaurant, or other third-party provider.

Any disputes regarding accommodations, golf course conditions, refunds, service quality, or cancellations must be resolved directly with the applicable provider.

 

8. Travel Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for arranging and arriving for their own transportation.

Midwest Golf Trips is not responsible for missed tee times, delayed arrivals, flight delays, traffic, vehicle issues, or any travel-related interruptions.

 

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Follow all golf course and lodging rules.

• Arrive on time for scheduled tee times.

• Treat golf course staff, lodging staff, and fellow guests respectfully.

• Pay for any damage caused to golf courses, lodging accommodations, or property.

• Conduct themselves in a safe and lawful manner throughout the trip.

 

10. Assumption of Risk

Golf and travel involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, weather conditions, equipment failure, wildlife, slips and falls, and other unforeseen events.

By booking through Midwest Golf Trips, you voluntarily assume these risks.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midwest Golf Trips shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury

• Death

• Property damage

• Theft

• Lost or stolen belongings

• Travel delays

• Missed tee times

• Weather-related issues

• Golf course conditions

• Lodging issues

• Acts or omissions of third-party providers

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your trip.

Our role is limited to arranging reservations on your behalf.

 

12. Force Majeure

Midwest Golf Trips shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, power outages, or other unforeseen events.

 

13. Privacy

Midwest Golf Trips collects information necessary to process bookings, including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, payment information, and trip details.

Your information is used solely for booking, communication, payment processing, and customer service purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

14. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to book a trip through Midwest Golf Trips.

 

15. Changes to These Terms

Midwest Golf Trips reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective when posted on our website.
